To prevent or reduce problem (トラブル予防ページ)[]

If you are interested in modifying MMD model data, please check the condition for secondary use form creator of MMD model.


It was found that some creator of MMD model do NOT want to be modified for the secondary use.


Some creator of MMD model may permit modification during the secondary use.

Thus, please check the condition for the secondary use.


It was also found that following rule are/may relatively conserved in Japanese MMD comunity.

1) The Permission of status regarding modification of MMD model during the secondary use may important depend on Producer /MMD creator.


2) The permission of status regarding redistribution of MMD model during the secondary use may important depend on Producer /MMD creator.



If you don't know about the condition for secondary use, Please do not modify MMD model nor redistribute MMD model without permission form P.

If you don't know about the condition for secondary use, you can find the condition for secondary use. Otherwise, please ask original creator regarding the condition for secondary use.

利用者側　(For secondary user of MMD model data) 配布データを利用する上での注意事項 VPVP wiki に紹介されている配布データは、各配布者のご厚意により成り立っております。 各配布者の意思に沿わない形で利用した場合、 

各配布者がデータを配布することをやめたり、利用制限が生じる可能性があります。

ひいては、今まで培った MikuMikuDance の善意によるデータを共有する文化が崩壊するかもしれません。 そのため、以下の内容は特に注意してご利用下さい。 

   配布データを利用する場合、 必ず配布者の注意書きに沿ってご利用下さい。
   （配布データに含まれている 『 ReadMe.txt 』 や
『 はじめにお読み下さい.txt 』 等が注意書きに該当します）
   配布データの改造、及び改造したデータの再配布についても 、上記と同様に注意書きに沿って実施して下さい。
   また、注意書きが存在しない場合は必ず配布者の承諾を得てから行ってください。
   再配布、商用利用 （金銭のやりとりのあるなしを問わず）については、特にトラブルになることが多いため、

この様な利用の場合は 配布者の承諾や法律上で問題ないか 等、細心の注意を払ってご利用下さい。 

   アップローダを利用する場合、MMD関連データ以外の悪意のあるファイルが存在する例が過去にあります。

ダウンロードファイルは事前にセキュリティソフト等でスキャンしてウイルスチェックし、 アップロード者の不明なファイルのダウンロードにはご注意下さい。

配布者側 (For the creator of MMD model data) データを配布する上での注意事項 データを配布するということは、 『 インターネット上の誰もがアクセスできる場所にファイルを置く 』 と同義となります。 そういった場に何も対策せずに配布すると、 配布者自身の意思に沿わない利用が発生する 場合も当然あります。 配布者の方で上記の様な行為を利用者に行わせたくない場合は、以下の対策をすることを推奨します。 

   配布用のファイルに注意書きを同封する。
   注意書きがあることで、利用者に利用条件を提示することが出来ます。
   以下の内容は、トラブルを防ぐことに有効ですので、是非とも記載してください。
       データの改造の可否
       データの再配布の可否
       データの利用条件 （商用利用、年齢制限がある表現、MMD以外の3Dソフトウウェアやゲームなど）
       配布者の名前
       連絡先
       （Vocaloidや東方の場合）著作権者の二次利用における規約
   配布ページにダウンロードキーを設定する。
   アップローダにはキーを入力しないとダウンロードできない様にする機能があります。
   不必要なダウンロードを行わせたくない場合は、この機能をご利用下さい。
